Hailing from small Midwestern towns or international metropolises, our chefs have earned degrees from top culinary programs, studied under the greats, and worked their way up the ranks from prep cook to sous chef before helming Food Fight kitchens. Some found their way to cooking before they were out of elementary school, while others came to restaurants after a career in something entirely unrelated. Whatever their career trajectories, chefs are at the heart of Food Fight Restaurant Group, the steady beat that sets the pace for the organization.
