We've got fresh options like Build-Your-Own-Bowl bars from Miko that will let your guests craft the perfect meal - just to their tastes. Or serve them up a Taco Bar, everyone loves tacos! MIKO BAR

Let your guests craft their own nutritious and delicious bowls with marinated steak, smoked pork and pulled chicken, salmon and seafood, or marinated tofu. Our bowls start with a base of rice and greens, then add all your favorite veggies and proteins. This buffet-style works great for 10-50 guests. We can also work with larger parties, or prepare individual bowls for group orders, too. From an office lunch to a picnic party, Miko Bowls keep it fresh!

TACO BARS

Spice up your next event with a Tex Tubb’s Taco Bar! Choose your favorite fillings, like Chicken Tinga, Pork Carnitas, or Sweet Potato, and start piling on the fixin’s: so many salsas, guacamole, rice and beans, etc. And if a Taco Bar doesn’t quite work, we’ve got Burrito Boxes or Taco Boxes for your guests to specify their individual order. All of our fixin’s are available a la carte if you just need a little chip & dip, and we have colorful Mexican sodas and Margaritas by the jug!

CUSTOMIZE ANY MENU

Our team of chefs are incredibly capable, and if you want something that you don’t see on our menus, we’ll make it custom for you, just ask!

We also take great pride and care in accommodating dietary restrictions, with many vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as gluten-sensitive options and allergy protocols (cross contamination) to make sure everyone has a tasty, healthy, and safe experience.

COFFEE BREAKS & BREAKFAST MEETINGS

Coffee is so much more than coffee—greet your day with fresh pastries and fruit, or go full buffet with eggs, bacon, bloody marys, and mimosas. We can serve huge audiences with large urns of hot, locally roasted coffee, along with tea and ice water, or just get a box or two of Joe for that routine weekly meeting. Full caffeine, decaf, cream and sugar, cups and everything you need—we’ve got you covered!

OFFICE LUNCH

Of course we do sandwiches—and they’re wonderful! But we also offer a wide variety of unique lunches, like our Miko Bar or Burrito Boxes, pizza and burgers, Italian or Diner style. Everyone at the office can order exactly what they want, or build exactly what they want from a fresh buffet spread. We are always happy to deliver and set up whatever you choose, so it’s an easy lunch and a win-win for everyone!

COCKTAIL HOURS & SIT DOWN DINNER

If you’re looking for champagne and hors d’oeuvres to float among your mingling guests, we will most certainly do so. Open bar, cash bar, or drink tickets—we can do that, too. When it’s time for dinner, we’ll serve elegant plated meals of steak or seafood, sauces and vegetables to hundreds of guests. And when it’s time for dessert, we’ll cut the cake, scoop the ice cream, or serve any custom creations that you can imagine.
